Rogo Achieves ISO/IEC 42001 Certification

Rogo Achieves ISO/IEC 42001 Certification

We’ve entered an era where artificial intelligence is transforming how decisions are made, how data is used, and how institutions operate. For financial services, this transformation comes with particulary high stakes.

At Rogo, we believe AI must meet the standards of the environments it serves. That means aligning with the trust, control, and accountability expectations of the world’s most heavily regulated institutions.

Today, we are proud to announce that Rogo has achieved ISO/IEC 42001:2023 certification, the first international standard for AI management systems and responsible AI governance.

This certification is not a symbolic milestone. It is a formal, independent validation that our AI systems are developed, deployed, and governed with the rigor that financial institutions require.

What the Certification Covers

ISO 42001 applies across the Rogo platform, including:

  • Enterprise-grade copilots for research, deal preparation, and workflow acceleration

  • Model training and orchestration pipelines with embedded evaluation, drift monitoring, and risk assessments

  • Data integrations and source systems secured with access controls, lineage tracking, and full auditability

  • Internal governance structures that define roles, review risks, and continuously monitor safety and performance

We partnered with an accredited certification body to complete a comprehensive audit of our AI lifecycle and organizational controls. The result affirms that Rogo’s AI systems operate in alignment with globally recognized standards for transparency, fairness, and oversight.

Our Commitment to Trustworthy AI

ISO 42001 is the latest addition to Rogo’s compliance program, which includes ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2 Type II, and ongoing alignment with global regulatory frameworks.

We have designed our platform so that financial institutions can adopt AI with confidence. That means security embedded at every layer, workflows designed for auditability, and policies that reinforce accountability across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams.

We are committed to advancing this work in partnership with our customers, our auditors, and the broader community. ISO 42001 is one more step in demonstrating that commitment.
