I am proud to announce that Joe Xavier has joined Rogo as Chief Technology Officer. Joe is an exceptional engineering leader who spent decades scaling world-class engineering teams defined by depth, speed, and durability. He most recently served as CTO of Grammarly as it grew revenue and headcount 10x, and previously held leadership roles at Amazon, Twitter, and Microsoft. 

The next decade of technology will be defined by how the world puts AI to work. Nowhere is that more demanding than in finance, especially at the application layer, where AI models meet workflows, complexity, and high-stakes decisions. Building solutions that the world’s most exacting institutions will rely on, where accuracy and domain expertise are non-negotiable, pushes the limits of what’s possible.

For more than a generation, finance ran on software built for a different era. At Rogo, we’re building the platform that makes the next era of finance possible, and the market is responding. Last quarter we grew ARR  by more than 50% – the largest quarter of new business in our history. Rogo is today deployed across hundreds of the world’s largest banks and investment firms, and our team is expanding globally to build the operating standard for AI in finance.
