Why Harbor View Chose Rogo
Harbor View Advisors is a specialized investment bank with deep domain expertise in technology and services. The firm is based in Jacksonville and was built by former Goldman Sachs bankers, with a strong reputation among founder-owned businesses in the lower middle market.
Harbor View runs on judgment and the quality of its output, so the bar for any new tool is high. Unlike general-purpose AI, Rogo is built for finance, and that domain-specific perspective is what set it apart. It stood out to Harbor View for its auditability and proprietary data connectors, buyer list generation, comps benchmarking, and the nuance of its industry analysis. Harbor View viewed Rogo as the platform that could hold up inside a real deal process.
Scaling Firmwide
Harbor View scaled fast. The firm went live in August 2025, and the feedback was strong and consistent. By December, the conversation had moved org-wide. Today Rogo is deployed firmwide, and Felix, Rogo’s AI agent, is enabled for every user. The bank works inside the systems its people already use, with Rogo connected to SharePoint, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive.
A Daily Habit Across the Bank
The firm’s usage figures demonstrate strong, consistent engagement with the platform. Harbor View has run more than 19,000 queries on the platform to date, including about 2,100 in the last week alone. In a typical month, ~95% of enrolled professionals are active. In a single recent week, just over half of the user base qualified as power users. Power users go beyond high-volume use of the platform by building on top of it. The Harbor View team draws on more than 40 skills from Rogo’s library and has built its own custom skills, tailoring Rogo’s outputs to the firm’s house standard.
Adoption is broad and deep. More than 80% of active users work across multiple parts of the platform rather than a single use case, and usage is strong from the top down. There is significant senior platform adoption across the firm, which sets the tone for the rest of the team. Almost all of that work runs through Felix, which now accounts for the large majority of the bank’s queries.
Sell-Side: Faster, Sharper Deal Materials
On the sell-side, the impact shows up directly in execution. Across active engagements, Rogo is saving Harbor View one to two weeks in CIM production, a number the firm expects to grow as its fluency deepens. Speed is just the baseline for the value Rogo is providing. By giving the team a stronger starting point, Rogo lifts the breadth and depth of analysis across teasers, CIMs, and management presentations, while the bankers keep ownership of the judgement and the narrative. The output bears this out: Harbor View has generated more than 1,000 slide exports and roughly 1,450 Excel exports on the platform, the raw material of a live deal process.
Full Sprint Mode
“The Harbor View team has been in full sprint mode learning how to make the most of Rogo. As we’ve expanded its use across our workflows, it’s helped us streamline many of the repetitive tasks that come with investment banking while giving our team a stronger starting point for research and analysis. The result is more time spent where we create the greatest value: developing strategy, advising clients, and executing successful transactions.”
How Harbor View Measures Impact
Harbor View thinks about Rogo’s value in concrete terms: less time lost to repetitive work, a faster ramp in less-familiar areas, and a finance-specific perspective that general-purpose AI does not offer. Rogo helps the team scale its day-to-day workflows without compromising quality. By reducing repetitive work and accelerating research and content development, it gives bankers more time for the parts of the job that matter most, from strategic thinking and collaboration to client relationships and executing transactions. Junior bankers build judgment earlier because they start from a stronger base, and senior bankers spend more of their time with clients and on strategy.
A Hands-On Partnership
Adoption at this pace does not happen on its own. Rogo’s forward-deployed team worked alongside Harbor View from the beginning through firmwide rollout, running office hours, building internal champions, and helping the team turn Rogo into its own workflows, including custom agents and slide formats. Harbor View has spun up more than 100 Projects to organize work and collaborate across teams, a clear sign that Rogo has become a core part of how the bank works day to day.
Strengthening the Partnership
Harbor View became a firmwide partner in a matter of months, and the team is not slowing down. Rogo is excited to continue building the relationship with Harbor View as usage grows and the platform scales, with an ambition to make every professional better equipped to win and execute deals.
