From Banking to Equity Research
Baird's deployment of Rogo across its Global Investment Banking Division generated significant excitement and heightened demand for broader organizational adoption of a unified AI strategy and toolset. Baird's Equity Research division was among the first to recognize the material productivity impacts Rogo could deliver from the analyst to senior researcher level. Where bankers had found leverage in deal execution, financial modeling, and client intelligence, the research team saw immediate application in the cadence-driven work of company monitoring, earnings synthesis, and investment thesis development and moved quickly to bring the platform into their own workflows.
Rogo Across the Research Workflow
Equity research runs on quality and cadence. Baird's analysts cover a multitude of companies simultaneously, publishing informed views on breaking developments under tight deadlines. Baird's clients depend on the reliability, speed, and analytical depth the team brings to every note and update.
Rogo has embedded across the workflows that define that cadence. During earnings season, teams began using the platform to process transcripts, benchmark actuals against model and consensus estimates, and populate data in internal reports in a fraction of the time. Across sectors, analysts pulled on Rogo for filing synthesis, real-time news monitoring, and the background research that underpins every coverage note. Beyond the interrogation of third-party data, Rogo has partnered with Baird to ingest its own published research, providing analysts a single pane of glass to query both external data sources and the firm's accumulated proprietary insight.
Baird's Equity Research team has leveraged Rogo as a collaborative workspace as much as an analytical research tool. Analysts are building shared Project folders organized around their coverage, loading models, filings, and company-specific materials into a central context the whole team can query and build from. Organizing a team's context for an analysis, internal note, or deliverable as robust as a broader industry report has compressed the time from raw inputs to finished work.
A High-Touch Partnership
Rogo's team approached the Baird Equity Research rollout with the same forward-deployed commitment that defined the GIB expansion. A team of ex-financial services professionals worked directly alongside analysts, conducting in-person one-on-one sessions at Baird's headquarters in Milwaukee, alongside office hours and direct outreach to individual users for proactive support.
Rogo built workflows tailored to specific equity research use cases and coverage areas, and shipped improvements within days when analysts flagged friction.
Results
More than 100 professionals across Baird Equity Research are now active on the platform, with approximately 85% weekly active usage and nearly 70% daily active usage. For enterprise software inside a financial institution, engagement at this level confirms that Rogo has become a genuine part of the working day.
Analysts are building repeatable, personalized workflows on the platform and sharing them across their coverage teams. The Equity Research expansion marks the latest milestone in a deepening partnership between Rogo and Baird, one that continues to grow as the platform becomes further embedded across the firm.
